Terms and Conditions
Please read and accept the following Terms & Conditions for all purchases on Candlewears. If you do not agree to these these Terms & Conditions then you must not continue to use this website.
We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms & Conditions, and if changes are made we will reflect this on the site and make every effort to inform you of these changes.
Prices and Payments
All prices shown are VAT free, the prices shown are all that you pay.
We accept payments by cheque, postal order, Visa, Mastercard and most debit cards via Paypal and Google Checkout.
If payment is made by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until the funds have been cleared by the bank which can take up to 5 working days.

Please note that if there is a chance that you may be out when delivery is made, you can specify an alternative delivery address to that of your billing address. However should you be out when delivery is made a card will be left giving details for you to collect it or have it re-delivered.
Email notification will be given when goods have been dispatched.
Any delays in deliveries will be notified by email.
Please notify us if your goods have not arrived within 5 working days, of receiving email confirmation of dispatch, in order that we can chase it up. Failure to do so could result in a longer delay on goods being received.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with any of your purchases they can be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused within 14 days of receipt, and full refunds will be given. We do however ask that you send an email with the full details, so that we can process the return.
Goods that are received damaged or defect must be notified by email within 7 days of receipt and will either be replaced or a full refund will be given.
